The restaurant “Le Dune” was born in 1992 from an idea of ​​Giovanni Carta and his wife Maura, in a small town in the Isonzo river area, Mariano del Friuli (GO) – Italy. Since 2021, the restaurant has changed ownership, remaining consistent with the style of the previous management.
